Where are the workshops held? Is it in-person or virtual?

We have two in-person workshops scheduled for the remainder of 2023. One is in the United States - New York City on October 25 & 26. And one is in Europe - Zurich, Switzerland on November 20 & 21. We hope you can join us in one of these locations! Our next VIRTUAL workshop will be held October 10 - October 31, 2023. We meet for 3 hours each week. Oct 10th 3:00p-6:00p IST /11:30a-1:30p GMT Oct 17th 3:00p-6:00p IST /11:30a-1:30p GMT Oct 24th 3:00p-6:00p IST /11:30a-1:30p GMT Oct 31st 3:00p-6:00p IST /11:30a-1:30p GMT We are also working on our 2024 calendar and will host in-person workshops around the United States and globally as well as virtual workshops. When is the workshop? What time do we meet?

Our two-day, in-person workshops are held in various cities around the world. Each day, we meet for from 9am to 5pm local time. Our current in-person workshop schedule includes: New York, New York, USA: October 25-26, 2023 Zurich, Switzerland: November 20-21, 2023 Our virtual workshops meet weekly over the course of several weeks. What is the curriculum for the workshop?

We cover the entire product lifecycle and infuse the 5 IMMUTABLE truths (customer intelligence, relationship-building, communication, good judgment & decision making, and fanatical prioritization) throughout all of our learning. These five skills are embedded in everything we do in product management, and so they are embedded in everything we do in this workshop. As we learn about navigating the product lifecycle, we reflect on these 5 truths. We understand their place. Is a copy of IMMUTABLE included?

Yes, a copy of IMMUTABLE is included in your registration fee. You have the choice of a Kindle version or paperback. Learn more about the book.
Is this a good course for new and aspiring product managers?

This is an excellent course for new and aspiring product managers. We cover the entire product management life cycle and infuse the key, timeless skills of customer intelligence, relationship-building, communication, judgment & decision-making, and prioritization throughout the entire learning journey. Setting this foundation early in your product management career positions you well for the future.
Is this a good course for experienced product managers?

Yes, this is a really good course for experienced product managers. While we may cover some things that you already know, it is always a good idea to refresh our perspective with new ideas and approaches. The workshop also, of course, reinforces the important skills of customer intelligence, relationship-building, communication, judgment & decision-making, and prioritization - skills that we are constantly improving upon.
Is this a good course for non-product managers (engineers, designers, etc.)?

We love to have non-product managers in the workshop! Everything we do in product management is cross-functional and collaborative. No product is successful without a great team. While the workshop itself is positioned towards the product manager role, the perspectives, learnings, and approaches are applicable to all roles in the product ecosystem.
I want my entire team attend the workshop? Is it better for them to attend an open workshop or do you offer this workshop privately to companies?

Yes, we work with companies all the time training their product teams. We also have product managers from many companies joining the open workshops with their teammates. The general rule of thumb is that if you have fewer than 6 attendees, it's better to send them to an open workshop if possible. If you have 6 or more people on your team you'd like trained, we can do a private corporate workshop specifically for your team. We most often do this in-person at one of you office locations, but we can also do a virtual workshop, depending on your needs and preferences. Contact us to discuss further.
What is the price of the workshop?

The price is $1,799 USD for both in-person and virtual workshops.
Do you offer group discounts for multiple people from the same organization?

Yes, if more than one person attends from the same organization, there is a discount of 20% off each registration. Please contact us if you'd like to have multiple people attend from your organization, so we can give you a discount code for registration. We can also invoice your company for the registration, if you prefer.
What if my plans change? Can I get a refund?

We understand that things come up and sometimes you need to cancel your registration. Up to 14 days before prior to the workshop, we will refund your full registration if you are unable to attend. Your registration is also transferable to someone else in your organization, so feel free to use that option if it's applicable.
Can you invoice my company instead of paying with credit card?

Yes, we can invoice your company. Please contact us and we will get all the details necessary.
